At Weavora, we take quality seriously. Every product is inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• The wrong product or size was delivered
• The print quality is significantly different from what was approved

The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
• Custom printed items where the design was approved by the customer
• Items returned without original packaging and tags
• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
• Size exchange requests for custom printed products

2. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return request:

• Email us at itspartha.official@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
• Subject line: Return Request — Order #[Your Order Number]
• Include clear photographs of the defective or incorrect product
• Our team will respond within 48 business hours

3. Return Process

• Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back
• Products must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Return shipping charges are borne by Weavora for defective or incorrect items
• For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster — 2-3 business days
• Bank account refunds may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Replacement Option

In many cases, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund. If you prefer a replacement, please mention it in your return request email. Replacement orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days after return inspection.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at itspartha.official@gmail.com
• Once an order is sent to production or dispatched, cancellation is not possible
• For custom printing orders, cancellation is not accepted once the design has been confirmed
