2. Use of Website

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices displayed on weavora.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise

• Product images are for illustrative purposes — slight variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration
• For custom printing orders, the final product appearance depends on the design file provided by the customer

4. Custom Printing Orders

• For custom orders, the customer is solely responsible for the design content submitted
• We reserve the right to refuse printing of any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Once a custom order is confirmed and sent to production, cancellations are not accepted
• Any design approved by the customer for printing is considered final

5. Intellectual Property

• All original designs created by Weavora are our exclusive intellectual property
• Our brand name, logo, and trademark are filed under Class 25 with the Government of India
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs without written permission
• For custom orders, you confirm that you own the rights to any design you submit

6. Payment

• We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, and Wallets through Razorpay
• All transactions are encrypted and processed securely
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• In case of a failed transaction, the amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, India.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weavora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
