Standard products: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days
Custom printing orders: Processing takes 3-5 business days depending on order complexity and quantity
Bulk / corporate orders: Processing time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day

Orders below Rs. 499 — shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and weight
Bulk and corporate orders — shipping charges are communicated separately

Shipping Partners
We work with reputed national logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The shipping partner is assigned based on your delivery location and order type.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply
If a shipment is returned due to the customer being unavailable for 3 consecutive delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
